Sara and Karly first met in London over 22 years ago, working side by side as hair and make-up artists. From the very beginning, they shared a natural creative connection and a passion for making women feel their most confident. Their careers took them on complementary paths - Sara building a thriving destination bridal business in Ibiza (www.smackibiza.com, while Karly founded a highly successful studio in Kent - each honing their artistry across weddings, fashion, and media.
Now reunited in Kent, their friendship and expertise have come together to create Bridal Artistry & Co. With international experience, refined skill, and a shared dedication to their craft, Sara and Karly offer brides a truly bespoke, luxury service designed to bring elegance, ease, and unforgettable beauty to the most important day of their lives.
About Karly
Trained at the renowned Penny Delamar Make-Up School in London, Karly has spent nearly 30 years perfecting her craft as a freelance hair and make-up artist across television, film, fashion, and editorial. Her expertise has been sought after by leading brands including ASOS, Head & Shoulders, and Nice & Easy - but her greatest passion has always been working with brides.
In 2010, she founded The Hair and Make-Up Boutique in Sandgate, where she has styled countless weddings and had the privilege of creating unforgettable moments for so many brides. Known for her calm, friendly presence and meticulous eye for detail, Karly ensures every bride feels comfortable, confident, and radiant on one of the most important days of their life. Every wedding is an honour, and Karly is dedicated to making each bride’s morning as beautiful, memorable, and stress-free as possible.

Your attention to detail on mine and my girls' hair was nothing short of stunning on my wedding day. it was everything I had shown you and even more. your creative skills are so much more than i could have ever expected, especially just from showing you a picture and no trial for my daughters hair. my hair was just as i imagined even with the headband thrown in at the last minute, that wasn't in the trial. but it all worked. you had such patience and perfection from the start.
