Yes, a pre-wedding trial is essential and highly recommended 3-6 months in advance so we can design your perfect look especially for popular wedding dates. This ensures your preferred artist is available for your wedding day and trial session. A trial allows us to perfect your look, test products, and adjust styles to match your vision, skin/hair type, and wedding theme.
Yes! Hair pieces or extensions are a fantastic way to add length or volume, and we can blend them seamlessly into your style. We provide hair pins and bands. We would advise you to bring any hair accessories you are wanting to wear on the day e.g. flowers, veil or any decorative hair clips you wish to use with you for the trial this ensures we are happy with the overall look before your big day we'll make sure everything is secure comfortable and beautiful.
Absolutely. We use high-quality, professional products suitable for sensitive, oily, dry, or combination skin. We also perform patch tests on request for any allergies or provide PDFs of ingredients for brands we use. We pride ourselves in being able and experienced in working with a vast variety of skin tones from very fair to very dark.
We recommend having regular trims to keep your hair in the best condition before your big day. Trial - ideally, make sure hair has been cut and coloured as it would be for the wedding day as this will give you a realistic version for the wedding day. Wedding day - we usually recommend washing your hair the night before unless otherwise discussed, ideally with no heavy conditioner or oils. Come with clean, dry hair.
Bridal hair usually takes about 60–90 minutes including prepping the hair. Bridal makeup takes approx. 60 minutes. Bridesmaids and mothers typically take 30-45 minutes each. Once we have all the details form the trial and all the info for the attendees requiring hair/makeup, we will create a schedule of a detailed timeline so the morning runs smoothly.
